I too start most days listening to this podcast. Chase does an excellent job, bringing God’s word to life. I am growing closer to the Lord and knowing the true God, each day! I have begun to crave the word of God and am so very thankful for the impact this podcast has had on my spiritual life! The monthly memory verses are especially helpful to me. I thank God for his word and am grateful to Chase and this podcast!

I begin most of my mornings with this podcast, and it is a wonderful way to start the day. It gives me something positive to focus on, which is especially important during these very uncertain times. Our lives may have turned upside down, but the Word remains the same guiding light is has always been. Thank you for bringing this to us, Chase Thompson.

Pastor Thompson’s 10 minute-is podcast is highly enjoyable. Even with a busy schedule, I can easily make time for my daily bread.

Excited about the new format for 2021! Looking forward to hearing a new chapter from the Bible everyday. This podcast provides a great discussion starter for my wife and I to talk about God’s word to us. Memorizing a Bible verse each month will be fun and so helpful.

I love this podcast. I love the combination of a reading plan with a daily study of pertinent Bible study questions. Highly recommend!

Three things going on here: first it’s a Bible reading podcast just as titled, the readings are pleasant and joined with interesting and often very practical discussion. If you’re looking for a reading plan, Chase follows one that will take you thru the Bible in a year also repeating important books. If you’re like me and have repeatedly fallen off yearly reading plans but still feel compelled to read, pick a chapter out of the day’s reading plan (notably the focus passage from the notes) and read it before listening and then you’re cracking a book as well as getting your volume of scripture input daily. Primarily, this is a daily reading podcast. You typically don’t have to backtrack to benefit as there are few discussions that continue day-to-day and most critical scripture passages will get repeated tho I suspect the discussion will remain fresh. Chase attempts and pleasantly achieves a dramatic and fun reading of scripture and models a good way to read scripture to your children and yet does not offend this listener’s sense of maturity. There is good topical discussion surrounding daily focus passages that is approached with solid biblical theology but is not a theology podcast that wanders into the weeds. It’s a good listen to go along with a great read.

Excellent podcast very informative and edifying for daily consumers of the Word of God and also entertaining. Chase could also be an actor in movies or theatre or at least a voice actor 😊

A very detailed and thorough look at the scriptures!

Chase is one of the first people I know to offer a podcast and use it as a tool to engage people with Biblical content. I’m not sure how he does it all but I really like this format of Bible reading and answering a question.

Love Chase’s daily insights as we go chapter by chapter. This is a great way to be in word everyday.

Just started listening to the podcast a couple of days ago, but was instantly comforted by Chase’s admonition to keep going even if you miss days. I have 3 small children, and reading lengthy passages of Scripture is difficult at this stage. Being able to listen to Chase read and then elaborate on a portion of the text before he reads the rest of the day’s reading has been good for me. There’s also the added bonus that my kids are hearing the Word as well while we go about our day. I’m looking forward to continuing throughout the rest of the year.
