Must We Forgive People Who Are Not Sorry and Have Not Repented? Reading Psalms 7 and 8 #195

Forgiveness is important and commanded by Jesus in Scripture - Christians must forgive! However, what about a situation where a person has done something evil, and they are neither sorry nor repentant about what they have done. Must we forgives in that situation also?
