Today we discuss strong language and the Bible. It turns out that there are myriad examples of very strong and offensive (but not foul) language in the Bible, including Paul's use of a very strange Greek term in Philippians 3 that can best be translated as 'crap' or 'dung.' Why would Paul use language like this, and what important point was he making with such a strong word?
